How to purchase seats and assign users

Instructions for managing seats in relleumSystem Account Management.

  • Log in to the relleumSystem Account Management portal at account.stagetools.relleum-system.com.
  • Purchase the required seats through the portal.
  • Assign a user(s) email address(es) to each seat you have purchased.
  • When a user use StageTools, the system will automatically check if the user has a assigned seat.
  • The plan associated with their seat will be displayed.
  • No additional configuration is required for the StageTools.

How to add the application to Teams

  • Open Microsoft Teams and go to the Teams Store (Apps section).
  • Search for the StageTools app and select it.
  • Click Add to install the app.
  • Review the requested permissions and agree to the required rights to complete the installation.

How to pre-pin app in teams

Steps to automatically deploy and create easy availability of the app for all of users

  • Access Teams Admin Center
  • Navigate to App Setup Policies
    • In the left menu, select Teams apps and then Setup policies.
  • Edit or Create a Policy
    • To set organization-wide defaults, edit the Global (Org-wide default) policy.
    • To create a custom policy (for specific groups), click Add, name your policy, and configure as needed.
  • Pin Apps
    • In the policy settings, you can:
      • Add apps to the list of pinned apps (these will appear in the Teams app bar for users).
      • Set the order of apps by dragging them into your preferred sequence.
      • Pin meeting apps (new functionality as of 2024) so they appear in the meeting experience for users.
    • You can also control whether users are allowed to pin their own apps or not.
  • Assign Policy to Users or Groups
    • Assign the policy to all users, specific users, or groups as required.
  • Save Changes
    • Click Save to apply the policy. Changes will take effect for assigned users, and the pinned apps will appear in their Teams client accordingly
