Get started with StageTools
Your first steps to run clear, fast, outcome‑driven meetings

Step 1 — Add StageTools to your meeting
Join your Teams meeting.
Click Apps in the top meeting toolbar and select StageTools.
Once added, the StageTools icon appears in the toolbar.
You only need to add StageTools once per meeting.

Step 2 — Open StageTools from the toolbar
Click the StageTools icon in the meeting toolbar.
The Teams sidebar opens automatically and shows the option to Start StageTools.

Step 3 — Start StageTools on the Stage
Click Start in the sidebar.
StageTools opens on the Stage for everyone in the meeting.
You can close the sidebar — StageTools stays active on the Stage.

Multi View — Add your first content
Select Multi View and choose any Document, Screenshot or Multi Share.
It appears instantly on the Stage — visible to everyone.

Annotate live on shared content
Choose from the Annotate Panel, pick Pen, Highlighter, or Laser, and draw directly on the content.
Everyone sees your annotations in real time.

Multi Capture — Save what matters
Click Capture to save a clean, high‑resolution snapshot of the current content.
Captures appear automatically in the Screenshot library and can be added to any Note, Task, or Decision.
