Yes, you can pay monthly for your subscription. Optionally, you can also take out an annual subscription and receive a discount.

Switching from monthly to annual payment (with discount) is possible at any time and will be executed and invoiced immediately. Switching from annual to monthly payment is possible at the end of the current billing period.

Your StageTools subscription can be cancelled up to 1h before the end of the current billing period, giving you maximum flexibility.

You can make changes to your plan and seats at any time by changing the type of your plan and adding or removing users. Additional seats are activated and billed immediately. Fewer seats will be activated with the next billing period. To change your plan or number of seats, simply go to the your account management.

We have taken great precautions to ensure that your data is visible only to the people who should see it. Our data is hosted by Microsoft Azure in Germany and EU, a secure cloud services platform. Each User gets access only to the data that is relevant to them.

The data you provide for the use of StageTools is stored by us in encrypted form on our servers located in Germany and EU. You can find more information about the data we store in our StageTools Privacy Policy.
