Troubleshooting ⚙️
StageTools does not appear in the sidebar
- Make sure your Teams admin has allowed third‑party apps
- Check if StageTools is enabled for your tenant
- Restart Microsoft Teams
Participants cannot annotate
- The moderator may have disabled annotations
- Check if the content is live‑shared or static
Multi Share streams are not visible
- Participants must grant screen‑sharing permission
- The moderator must open the Multi Share picker
Voting does not start
- Only the moderator can start a vote
- Ensure the decision is created in the sidebar first
