Multi Capture
Capture any content on the Stage in full resolution — including annotations, zoom, pan, and participant streams.

What Multi Capture is
Multi Capture lets you save precise snapshots of any content shown on the Stage. Captures include the full resolution of the content, the current zoom level, the pan position, and all annotations. Every capture is stored in the Screenshot Library and can be added to Notes, Tasks, or Decisions.
When to use Multi Capture
- Document important moments during reviews or demos.
- Save annotated content for follow‑ups or handovers.
- Capture participant streams from Multi Share.
- Preserve zoomed‑in details from dashboards, logs, or UI elements.
- Add visual context to Notes, Tasks, or Decisions.
- Create a visual record of meeting outcomes.
How to capture a content screen
Every content screen in Multi View has a camera icon in the top‑right corner.
- Open Multi View and choose your layout (2‑up, 3‑up, 4‑up).
- Hover over any content screen.
- Click the camera icon in the top‑right corner.
- A capture is created instantly and saved under Screenshots.
- The capture reflects exactly what you see in that moment

What a capture includes
- Full‑resolution content
- Current zoom level
- Current pan position
- All annotations (pen, highlighter, laser traces)
- Any content type:
- Documents
- Screenshots
- Multi Share streams (live participant sharing)
- Only the selected content screen — not the entire layout
Captures always reflect the exact visual state of the content screen at the moment you click.
Capturing in Multi View
Each content screen has its own capture button. You can capture one screen without affecting the others
- Works in 2‑up, 3‑up, and 4‑up layouts.
- Captures include annotations from that specific screen.
- Streams from Multi Share can be captured like any other content.
- Zoom and pan are preserved exactly.

Screenshots Library
All captures are stored under Screenshots in the StageTools sidebar. You can open, review, rename, or delete captures at any time.
- Captures are sorted chronologically.
- Each capture shows a preview thumbnail.
- Captures can be shown on the Stage like any other content.
- Captures remain available after the meeting.

Add captures to Notes, Tasks, or Decisions
- Open a Note, Task, or Decision in the sidebar.
- Click Add attachment.
- Select a capture from the Screenshots Library.
- The capture is added with full context.
This keeps discussions, decisions, and follow‑ups connected to the exact visual moment.
How Multi Capture works with other modules
- Multi Annotate — Captures include all annotations.
- Multi Share — Capture participant streams in full resolution.
- Multi View — Capture individual content screens.
- Notes & Tasks — Add captures to notes, tasks, and decisions.
- Follow‑Me Moderation — Ensures everyone sees the same view before capturing.
Best practices
- Zoom in before capturing to highlight important details.
- Use annotations to guide attention before taking a capture.
- Capture participant streams to document demos or issues.
- Add captures to tasks to provide clear visual context.
- Use captures to create a visual meeting summary.
- Capture only the screen that matters — not the whole layout.
Limits and notes
- Captures reflect only the selected content screen.
- Annotations must be visible at the moment of capture to be included.
- Captures are static images — not live updates.
- Only the moderator can capture content screens.
- Participants cannot capture their own streams.
Summary
